Plovdiv Airport

Plovdiv Airport is the second largest airport in Bulgaria and is the country's 4th busiest behind Sofia, Burgas, and Varna. The airport is located 12 km southeast of the city of Plovdiv, the cultural capital and second largest city in Bulgaria.

Plovdiv Airport serves the Southern Central region of Bulgaria. The most popular tourist destinations are the winter/ski resorts of Bansko, Pamporovo, and Borovets. Also cultural/historical destinations in Rhodope mountain with regular and chartered flights.
